The pre-treatment of steel parts mainly contains heavy metal ion wastewater such as grease, surface active agent, ss (suspended matter), COD source, acid and alkali, passivation liquid, etc.; pre-treatment ground washing water.

2) After the electrophoretic painting, the workpiece is cleaned and discharged and the electrophoresis tank is discharged when the tank is inverted. The waste liquid and the cleaning tank waste water are removed. In order to purify and stabilize the tank liquid, it is necessary to constantly remove part of the ultrafiltrate. Waste water and waste liquid mainly contain electrophoretic coating resin, neutralizer, surfactant, low molecular solvent, pigment, etc.
